Got a call about some dodgy transactions, like £300 on Amazon and over £1,100 sent somewhere. The weird thing is, it was a work landline they called, which has no links to any of my bank accounts. Felt like a scam trying to pull a fast one.

Some automated voice called me warning about some strange activity on my bank account, mentioning an Amazon purchase and some foreign charge of £1100. I cut the call straight away and logged into my account to check. Everything looked fine. Definitely a scam, in my opinion.
