Got a call from some call centre, asking to talk with someone who’s not me or any of my relatives. Once I told them that wasn’t me, they asked if I was related, and the moment I said no, they just ended the call straight away. I’d bet it was some sales pitch. They were polite at least, apart from hanging up so suddenly. Just a really annoying disruption. If these people ring, it’s definitely not about anything personal to you.

I reckon it’s some sort of cold call scam, since they call pretty much around the same time every day. Also, it never rings more than three times before they hang up.
