I called this number and found out it’s from a property investment firm that started up just last year on 31st March 2023. They’re actually listed with the Ombudsman, so they seem pretty reliable to me.

Hello, we recently got this number as a VOIP line for our new business. We havent made any calls at all so the remarks here dont really apply to us. Since we’re just getting started, we have no connections to any former Debt Collection agencies. Total scam, all these PTD and IVA sales places are just sales factories. Don’t be fooled by their silly TikTok videos - instead, contact a proper debt charity. You want genuine advice from people who actually care about helping you, not these chancers acting like they’re some kind of debt experts. Honestly, they’re more like dodgy double-glazing salesmen than anything trustworthy.
