Received a call from 01785 2545749, linked to 32 Burton Bank Lane in Stafford - a house address. The people on the line claimed to be from BT Openreach, telling me my computer was compromised by hackers. They insisted I log into my computer and hand over access so they could "fix" the problem before I’d lose internet connection forever. Total scam! Don’t fall for it or share any details - they’re definitely trying to steal info or hack your machine. Stay safe and don’t trust calls like this!

Seems like a scam to me. They said there’s an issue with broadband software from Openreach. The number actually belongs to 32 Burton Bank Lane in Stafford, which is just a normal home address.
