I had a rather dubious phone call from this number, purporting to be from BT. They suggested that my internet security was inadequate and offered assistance to 'secure' it. A lady with a pronounced Indian accent proceeded to ominously warn me that my internet connection would be terminated unless I followed a specific set of instructions involving some CMD prompts on my computer. Let me tell you, when I firmly declined to proceed with her plan, the call ended rather abruptly. Please, for the love of all things techy, steer clear of this blatant scam - it's as dodgy as they come!
