Got a call from someone saying they were Amazon, telling me I’d ordered an iPhone 13 pro yesterday. Thing is, I don’t even have an Amazon account - that’s my wife’s. Definitely a scam.

This has all the hallmarks of a scam to me - some robotic voice saying my Prime subscription is about to renew for a massive $799.98. They also said to press 1 to talk to a customer service manager if I had questions. No thanks! When my Prime last renewed, I got a straightforward email - none of this rubbish trying to panic me into paying ridiculous amounts right away. Not falling for it.
