Just got a call, no one said anything when I picked up and then they ended the call. Total waste of time.

Some bloke rang me saying he was calling about an order I supposedly made with Amazon. He said it was about confirming an iPhone purchase. I told him I never ordered anything like that, then he started going on about me being scammed and asked me to give him some kind of verification code he'd sent. I just blocked the number right away.

I got a call from someone saying they were from Amazon, checking on an iPhone order. When I told them I hadn’t bought anything, they immediately claimed I’d been scammed. Then they sent me a text with a verification code to provide. I asked what payment they used since I hadn't received any alerts and said I couldn’t find any Amazon account linked. After I gave them a few different responses, they quickly gave up.
