Got a call from someone called Matthew, said he was from some energy advice line, wanted to check my loft. I told him about the new green homes scheme the government’s launching in September, and then he just hung up on me. Felt like a pushy sales call, pretty dodgy if you ask me. Just a heads up to be careful.

Some bloke rang up saying something about government grants for loft work. I told him I’ve never done any work up there and to stop calling me. That was a couple of days ago, and he’s just called me again!

I tried calling the number after it rang once, but it just hung up straight away. When I dialled it again, it said the number wasn’t valid. Bit strange if you ask me.
