This Aarvoto keeps ringing me up on my mobile and leaves a message asking me to click a link. But every time I do, it just says there's an error. I even tried calling them back, but no one picks up.

Got a call from Arvato Financial Solutions claiming they were ringing for nPower. Our phone number is ex-directory and set to call preference, and we definitely don’t have any accounts with nPower. They wouldn't take us off their call list unless I gave them personal info, which I didn’t as I asked why they even had our number in the first place. When I tried calling back, it went to a voicemail then stuck me on hold with silence for ages - about three minutes before I gave up. Really annoying!
