Got a call from a number that looked like it was from Stoke on Trent. A woman answered asking how I was doing. I asked who it was, and she said she was calling from 3 mobile. I told her I didn’t use 3 mobile at all. Then after a brief pause, the call just ended. This isn’t the first time I’ve had odd calls from different numbers saying they’re from 3 mobile.

Got a call on my phone from this number that showed up as Halmer End Post Office, Stoke on Trent on the caller ID. Since I live in York, it felt dodgy - probably a spoofed number. The person who called sounded Indian and really hard to make out, plus there was loads of noise in the background which made it seem like it was coming from a call centre, not a post office.
