Got a call from this number earlier. Some woman with an Eastern accent saying her name was "Jane" and she was from some "Technical Department." Sounded dodgy to me since she asked for my personal info straight away, like I was supposed to prove who I was. Feels like a total scam!

Got a call claiming to be from BT internet saying my accounts might be at risk because strangers are using my internet. This is the third time they've called me in just three days.

Got a call claiming my internet wasn’t working, which is totally not true. They kept saying I had no connection but wouldn’t explain where they got their info from. When I asked, they just hung up on me. This is the second time I’ve had that in one week!
