Someone was eager to chat with me about 'an incident you experienced', and all that jazz.

I've been getting calls from these folks who say they want to help with a "claim" from an "accident" that supposedly happened last year. Even after I told them I'm not interested, they keep ringing me non-stop. The so-called accident was just some parking scuff caused by another driver, and their insurance already covered the repairs and rental car. That's it, nothing more!
