Oh blimey, it turns out it was a firm ringing me up regarding some mishap that, I assure you, never took place! The numpty on the line had the cheek to hang up on ME! When I attempted to ring back to express my frustration, all I got was a bloody voicemail. Absolutely seething over here. I usually keep it civil when dealing with sales calls as I understand they’re just trying to earn a living, but shady characters like these really make me rethink my approach...

Got a call from this number earlier today, they said they were from Citizens Advice wanting to discuss a car accident I supposedly had recently. I told them I hadn’t been in any accident and asked them to stop calling me. Then the woman just hung up on me.
The only reason I picked up was because the number looked local.

Got a call earlier claiming to be from my car insurance about some accident. I was like, that's odd since I don't even have a car and can't drive. Then right after I said that, the call just dropped. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.
