Got a call from someone with an American-sounding female voice claiming to be from BT, saying there’s some problem with my "rowter" and I should press 1 to get their tech team. Seriously, don’t do it! After hanging up, I found I couldn’t access websites properly, getting warnings about security issues on my browser. Luckily, it sorts itself out after around five minutes. Been getting calls like this from numbers in Scotland and Luton. Proper dodgy!
