I got a call claiming to be from BT, saying my broadband was being used overseas. They wouldn’t share any details or even my account info. When I asked for something in writing, they refused and insisted it had to be sorted immediately. I ended the call. The caller got pretty annoyed I wasn’t cooperating. I told them it sounded like a scam, but they denied it. Well, I’m pretty sure it was one anyway.
