I got a robo call that started with “This call is being forwarded from BT” then warned my internet service would be cut off. It said to press 1 to chat with someone or press 2 to go ahead with the disconnection. I’ve had that same recording come through loads of times so I knew it was dodgy. Didn’t press any key, just hung up. They ended the call after about 10 seconds anyway.
