Unfortunately, my anxiety is quite severe, so I tend to ignore the phone, though I've done some digging and found that their reputation isn't exactly stellar, with persistent calls being the norm. They've only begun contacting me since my contract renewal was due with another provider, and I'm not keen at all on switching. The last thing I want is to feel pressured into something I'm not interested in just to appease them. It’s vital for me to be at ease with whoever I choose to engage, and I simply can’t see myself feeling relaxed with this lot!
