10 yearsIt appears I've been receiving calls from a company focused on energy conservation, and they've been persistent over the last few weeks. On the 10th of June, I decided to pick up one of their calls. When I explained that solar panels weren't an option for me (it's a bit of a long-winded explanation), they suggested they could install a device on my gas boiler to help reduce my energy costs. Intrigued, I was keen to set up an appointment. However, I was informed that both my partner and I needed to be present, which isn't feasible as they often work away. I pointed this out, and the representative insisted that it was a necessity, prompting me to conclude that there was little sense in continuing.
