some woman called sayin she was from a firm doing security checks around here, putting in emergency alarm buttons for older folks or those who need help. hung up right away.

this was actually the real RBS fraud department. I made two purchases on my card, and after the second one, it suddenly got declined and I had no clue why. then RBS phoned me to check if it was actually me using the card. I can confirm this is legit, no scam here! finally, an authentic call from them!
