Got a call from someone claiming to be with a claims firm, and I just hung up straight away. Then they called right back, telling me they weren’t selling anything. After that they said sorry and claimed the call got disconnected, then ended it again. The same number called me twice more within a minute, so I switched off my phone and locked it away before heading back to work. Later on, I saw they’d called me about ten more times. This all kicked off just six minutes after I ignored a call from 01892531720.

Got this email claiming to be from PayPal saying £50 was going to be taken out of my account for a purchase. The delivery was supposedly for someone called Dan Locke at 17 Redmires Lane, Sheffield S10 4JZ. Odd thing is, they included the phone number 02393362753 in the message but I’ve never even signed up for PayPal! Pretty sure it’s a scam.

This Stratton Advisory lot has rung me more than half a dozen times about some car crash. I keep telling them to quit calling because I’m already sorting it out. Today, I asked to speak to a manager, and they just cut me off. Proper rude!

So today they switched it up and said it was some extra fee for damage on my car. When I told them to stop calling, the guy started calling me "mate" and said I was daft for not handling my insurance "properly". Honestly, I’m thinking of turning the tables and threatening them back because that’s how they’re talking to me and probably loads of other people too.

Idiots calling nonstop! I just blocked their number and let them keep trying, it’s almost like a game to hear them ring four or five times a day even after I told them I sorted everything properly! When your block list is packed and you can’t add any more numbers, get yourself McAfee or some other antivirus app - it’ll deal with those pest calls automatically. These cold callers seriously need to chill, it’s getting out of hand!
