There was loads of background noise like a call centre or something. The guy said he was from Crown and even knew my last name. When I asked what he wanted and told him to be quick, he got all rude and told me to shut up and pay attention. I just ended the call.

Got a call off some asian guy claiming to be part of a government scheme about energy efficient glass for windows. He said he wants to send a bloke over with a meter to check how efficient my windows are. Smells like a sales pitch for double or triple glazing to me. I’m just waiting to see what they come up with next to try and get me to let them in. Feels dodgy, definitely think it’s a scam.

i usually dont pick up calls from numbers i dont know. this one showed up as selling recliner chairs or something like that. this was my first time getting a call from them, could be legit or could be a scam, hard to tell. so for now, i'm just gonna keep it as neutral.
