This company seems to take great pleasure in calling us four to six times, both during the day and late at night. We've had no choice but to switch our phone to silent mode as it’s causing a lot of distress to our son, who is on the autism spectrum. We attempted to contact the number directly, but alas, no one ever picks up.

Earlier today (9th May 2011), I received a call from RMA. They had my full name and then asked me to confirm my address and date of birth. I firmly said no and inquired who the man was that they were representing and why they were calling me. She mentioned that a client had asked them to reach out to me. It struck me as odd since I have no outstanding debts. She claimed that RMA had sent a letter to me (which I find quite hard to believe), so I told her that the company already possessed my address and asked her to send the letter again. After that, I ended the call.
