It’s baffling how this company seems to have gone off the rails. There’s absolutely no good explanation for why these individuals aren’t properly listed. They conduct themselves as if they’re a reputable establishment, yet they request sensitive information without any valid reason at all. Quite concerning and honestly, very unprofessional behaviour if you ask me.

I've received no fewer than twenty-five calls from these people, and it seems they can't take a hint. The moment we mention that we are NOT the person they are seeking, they persistently ask for someone named Paul Bonnet. We’ve let them know that if they continue to ring us, we’ll be seeking legal advice. It’s nothing short of harassment! Just leave us in peace, will you?

To be honest, I just didn’t trust the tone of their voice, so I ended the call quite abruptly. I’ve fallen victim to identity fraud in the past, and I’m not about to let that happen again. Besides, I’ve got no outstanding debts on any credit cards, so there’s really no reason for them to be hounding me.
