Got a dodgy call claiming to be some sort of “public service announcement.” They wouldn’t say where they got my number, just that it was from “various providers.” When I asked for more info, they just hung up on me. Total rubbish.

So I got a phone call from someone saying they worked for the Department of Fiscal Spending. I asked if they were with a firm or the government, and suddenly they started getting rude. Then, out of nowhere, they said they weren’t trying to act like any sort of official. We both ended up shouting at each other, and I told him off pretty harshly. Honestly, I’d rather deal with those automated robocalls than that nonsense.
