I've sent the ring back twice now, and it seems like no one has a clue as to why it was made in the first place or what the reference number was all about. They mentioned a name that was completely unfamiliar to us, claiming this person had somehow associated our number with theirs. We insisted that our number be removed from their records or at the very least, a note attached to indicate that it’s incorrect.
