I keep receiving calls from 017727665075, purportedly from RMA Resolve, regarding an American Express debt. It seems rather odd that they choose to ring late in the evening rather than during normal business hours. One can't help but think this is part of a strategy to create a nuisance for individuals. Moreover, it’s rather vexing to note that they are a third-party agency, and we certainly didn’t enter into an agreement with them. Without proper documentation proving their entitlement, one could argue they may not have any legal grounds to pursue this debt at all. I’d be keen to hear others' opinions on this situation.

In our situation, we reckon it's a grand less, which is rather pleasant if you happen to have the funds available to clear the debt. Best to steer clear of them, as you'll find yourself on hold for what feels like an eternity.
