Got a call from someone saying they were from BT Openreach, saying there’s a fault with our internet and they needed to check it. They warned me they’d cut off our service because of loads of “errors” showing up. Tried to get me to visit some sketchy looking website. They were really pushy and wouldn’t accept me saying no. Totally not from BT, was way too pushy and sounded desperate to keep me chatting on the phone.

Honestly, Places for People might just be the most dreadful social housing provider in the UK, and their headquarters in Preston don't inspire much faith either. The staff seem utterly clueless. They rang me recently, but I didn’t pick up, and surprise, surprise-no message was left. It’s as if they don’t even know how to communicate properly!
