What a rubbish company! They dont even bother explainin their services when you offer to send an email, then just cut the call short before you can say that the email would go straight to the director or fleet manager. Proper frustrating experience.

They ring our workplace like once or twice a week for over half a year now. We've told them plenty of times we ain't interested in what they offer. When they don't get the person they're after, they just stay silent for a bit then hang up without saying a word. We've had enough, reported them once more to TPS and asked our phone company to block 'em. Proper bloody annoying!

Called by Fleet Point. They wanted to speak to whoever handles the vehicles here. I told them it’s done by our head office. When they asked for the contact, I said I was told not to share it. The woman was really courteous and said thanks for my time. These calls can be a bit irritating but I get they’re just doing their job.

This is a genuine business, just a marketing office really. Keep in mind, these folks are just doing their job and they aren't scammers - ive worked with them before. Got a really cheeky bloke on the phone asking for our Director. Told him the Director wasn’t free to talk and offered to help instead, but he just got really rude and said he’d keep calling until he got through, then just hung up! Found out it’s a fleet sales firm from Preston. I’m gonna block this number and by the looks of the other comments, you should too. I’m planning to report it to the TPS today. There needs to be stricter action against these kinds of calls.

Got a proper rude call from someone called "Sasha", she wanted to talk to our director. When I asked which company she was with, she just mumbled it, so I had to ask again and still couldn’t make it out (sounds like Fleet Vehicles from what I’ve seen here). Probably about company cars or something. Definitely blocking that number for good.

I received a call where the caller requested a name, and I was trying to verify a mobile number. They provided me with a number that didn’t match at all! I wasn’t about to share any details. I explained to them that they might have dialled the wrong number, even though there’s indeed someone here with the same name. I’ve now blocked the number!

Some bloke called 'Sasha' rang our company looking for someone who's not worked here for ages. He claimed he was from Fleet Vehicles and wanted to chat to one of the directors. When I asked if he could email instead since the directors were tied up, he said, "Email for what? We always sort this over the phone?" I explained to send an email about whatever he needed as the directors usually can't take calls. Then he just hung up without saying a word. Proper rude and pretty daft.

Got a call at work today from someone claiming to be with bqi insurance services. I told them we wouldn’t share any info unless they gave us some details about their firm, but they just kept pushing. I rang back but got a recorded American voice saying “Sorry, that’s not a valid extension, please try again.” Honestly, don’t waste your time with these rude, disrespectful, and shady characters who only care about themselves.
