They mentioned they were working with energy providers regarding new tenancy agreements. I simply informed them that all energy costs are included in the rent, and that seemed to resolve the matter!

This lot pretended to be from CMN Energy, insisting on needing to "register" my energy supply. However, as soon as I mentioned that my energy was already set up, they promptly cut the line. Quite the suspicious lot!
