The caller then turned quite aggressive and warned they’d notify my car insurer because I had fixed the car without claiming for any pain and suffering. Since then, I’ve been getting about two calls a day from different ambulance-chasing firms. When I asked him to stop ringing, he said that until 2017 - when the claim period ends - I’d be targeted by him and others non-stop. Apparently, because I hung up, and they’d already spoken to my wife who gave the same reply, he kept phoning asking to talk to her again, falsely claiming she was keen to pursue it.
