BEWARE! Got a call saying they’re gonna lower the fee on some plan I never signed up for, from £19.99 down to £12.99. They said they'd post the documents to my home. Yeah, right! Total scam!

They said they were some kind of call blocking company I supposedly signed up with, then mentioned lowering my bill from £19.99 to £12.99. They mentioned paperwork would be sent out. Thought for sure they'd try to grab my bank info or something, but nothing like that happened - a bit odd really!

They called me claiming there was a special deal for pensioners to cut my landline from £19.99 down to £12.99 a month. I was a bit doubtful since my actual bill didn’t line up with what they said. When I asked for any proof, they wouldn’t give me clear answers but said they’d post the documents out regardless.
