They just keep ringing and I just keep letting it go to voicemail. Feels like such a pointless use of both their time and mine!

they ring all the time, and it takes ages before someone actually answers - feels like no ones there to start with. then when some1 finally does, they ask for me by name. that's when i realise it's a sales call from abroad (not from anywhere local like preston) cuz the connection is awful. i usually just hang up. they keep trying though, so annoying!

Answer the phone and it was completely silent, probably just a spam call.

For a whole week, they called every day at the exact same time. Absolutely refused to accept a no, proper relentless!

Somebody I never called was pushing me to switch my gas and electric deal right then and there on the phone, which I honestly wasn’t up for sorting out at the time. He wasn’t very happy when I just straight up said no.
