Gibt es nicht eine Stelle wie die Verbraucherzentrale, die sich mit sowas befasst? Ich habe gehört, dass es neulich eine Gesetzesänderung gab, die die Regeln für telefonische Werbung strenger gestalten sollte.

In den vergangenen Wochen erhielt ich ständig Anrufe. Heute waren es geradezu dreizehn oder vierzehn Mal. Da ich gerade an einer Mathematikprüfung sass, konnte ich die ständigen Störungen nicht ignorieren. Ich hab dann zwischendurch immer wieder aufgelegt. Als ich später endlich abgenommen habe, war es auch nicht besser - die Person hat nur aufgelegt, kaum hatte ich geantwortet. Zumindest seitdem blieb mein Telefon endlich still.

Ich habe auch schon sieben Anrufe von dieser Nummer erhalten, und das alles während des Tages! Ich werde einfach nicht abheben und schaue mal, wie oft die sich noch melden. Zum Glück scheint es keine schlimme Angelegenheit zu sein - es ist nur Eplus, die mir auf die Nerven gehen.

I’ve had a rather frustrating experience with this so-called E-Plus matter. The person on the other end wasn’t keen to divulge their source of calling and was utterly helpless when I asked to be removed from their marketing list. They claimed it was a technical glitch leading to random calls, and at times, the system just disconnects without explanation when the recipient answers. Quite frankly, I find that hard to believe! I’ll be giving E-Plus a ring on 1000 shortly to sort this out.

Ich erhielt eben einen Anruf, und im Hintergrund hörte ich mehrere Frauen, die miteinander plauderten. Nach etwa einer Sekunde war das Gespräch auch schon wieder beendet. Es wurde einfach aufgelegt. Ich sehe keinen Grund, zurückzurufen.

It's absolutely astonishing how these mobile networks operate, isn't it? For weeks now, this number has been incessantly trying to get in touch with me! Apparently, it belongs to the E-plus customer service, who are hell-bent on pushing some contract onto you. And if you manage to block the number, you'll just receive a text from a 069 number instead. What a cheeky tactic!
