Wenn ich das richtig in Erinnerung habe, handelt es sich um eine Servicenummer von Base. Ich vermute, dass jeder, der von dieser Nummer angerufen wird, einen Vertrag bei ihnen hat. Meistens möchten die einem neue Tarife verkaufen oder einen zum Verlängern des Vertrags bewegen und so weiter.

Hey everyone, I keep getting calls from this number too. Has anyone managed to find out more about who’s behind it? If it’s a legitimate company, they surely wouldn’t hang up, that would be utterly daft. I’d really appreciate it if anyone could share any info here in the forum so we can all be aware and maybe even figure out how to stop these calls. It’s really becoming quite bothersome!

Indeed, I've received a call from them as well. They came across as rather "professional," albeit with some rather poor German. They kicked things off by asking if they were interrupting me, to which I affirmed. Then, they inquired when it would be suitable for them to call me back. They introduced themselves as being from "Base" and surprisingly knew both my first and last name. So, it seems they're still quite active in their operations.

Heute erhielt ich einen Anruf, in dem mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass BASE vier Jahre alt wird und mir eine "Partnerkarte" angeboten werden sollte. Ich habe höflich abgelehnt und dann einfach aufgelegt!

Oh, absolutely. When this whole situation kicked off for me, I must've returned the call at least three times. I've done a bit of digging and found out that this number costs a whopping 6.30 pence per minute! At the Base-Shop in Hannover/List, some of the staff can be rather offhand and act as if it’s no big deal at all. It's utterly frustrating!

Ich habe heute zum ersten Mal einen Anruf von dieser Nummer erhalten. Natürlich habe ich abgehoben und klipp und klar gesagt, dass sie sich nicht mehr melden sollen. Jetzt bleibt nur abzuwarten, ob sie tatsächlich hören, was ich gesagt habe.

Ich werde täglich mindestens vier Mal von dieser Nummer genervt! Hat jemand von euch schon einmal Gebühren dafür zahlen müssen? Man kann ja nie sicher sein, ob die Nummer kostenpflichtig ist. Heute war ich im BASE-Laden, und die haben mir versichert, dass ich alle Kosten, die auf meiner Rechnung auftauchen - sofern es wirklich welche gibt - erstattet bekomme. Zudem habe ich auch die Verbraucherschutzzentrale kontaktiert. Falls sich da etwas Merkwürdiges ergeben sollte, werde ich nicht zögern, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten! :D

Hi there! I've had a similar experience with a call from someone named Delsei or something along those lines. They were babbling on about some sort of Christmas promotion and trying to sell me a partner card or something like that. I swiftly turned them down, though. Just another scam artist, if you ask me!
