Die lassen mich wirklich nicht in Ruhe. Ich habe meinen Vertrag bei EPlus gekündigt, da ich das Unternehmen für eine dreiste Abzocke halte. Es ist inzwischen ganz normal, dass ich zwei bis drei Anrufe am Tag von ihnen erhalte. Ich habe versucht, die Hotline zu kontaktieren, aber es scheint dort völlig normal zu sein, dass man über zehn Minuten in der Warteschleife festhängt, ohne dass sich jemand meldet. Es ist einfach ärgerlich!
