Ich erhalte ständig Anrufe, sogar zu den unpassendsten Zeitpunkten. Wenn ich dann endlich mal die Gelegenheit habe, abzuheben, ist am anderen Ende der Leitung niemand zu hören oder es wird einfach aufgelegt. Mein Vertrag läuft übrigens in drei Wochen aus.

Ich habe ebenfalls meine Verträge bei Base gekündigt und erhielt daraufhin einen Anruf, bei dem die Person einfach auflegte. Anscheinend bin ich nicht der einzige, dem das passiert ist.

I've already terminated my contract well ahead of time back in June 2010, yet now I've started receiving calls from the 0177 number. Just to be clear, I never pick up calls from numbers I don't recognise. I'm also quite firm about not discussing any matters over the phone. If they wish to retain me as a customer, they should communicate their offers or concerns in writing. After all, we as customers are expected to do the same, and it's essential for maintaining proper records and any personalised agreements.

In the past fortnight, I've been receiving daily calls from this number, only for the caller to hang up without a word. Attempting to ring back results in exorbitant charges, which is rather alarming. I’d advise everyone to exercise caution; this establishment is utterly dodgy.

Mein Vertrag mit E-Plus läuft ebenfalls im Juli ab und ich habe ihn nicht verlängert. Seit einer Woche erhalte ich ständig solche Anrufe. Vor etwa einem Jahr wurde ich ebenso häufig belästigt. Heute habe ich das erste Mal abgehoben, doch es war einfach still - nicht einmal ein Geräusch. Was für ein ärgerlicher Laden!

In den letzten zwei Tagen erhalte ich ebenfalls ständig Anrufe von dieser Nummer. Jedes Mal, wenn ich abnehme, wird einfach aufgelegt. Ich habe zum Juli hin gekündigt und lasse mich nicht darauf ein, diese Nummer zurückzurufen. Es ist wirklich unverschämt von Base, so vorzugehen. Ich habe online nach Informationen zu dieser Nummer gesucht und bin auf eure Seite gestoßen. Ich plane, sofort eine Beschwerdemail an Base zu verfassen. Liebe Grüße, Meilin.

What a right turn-up for the books! It seems that Base has gone ahead and confirmed the porting of my number to my new provider - and it was the new provider who sent me the nod (a proper business-to-business sort of affair). But guess what? I’m still receiving strange calls from that same number. On the first couple of occasions, there was actually someone on the line. After I explained a couple of times that I was jumping ship because they offered me a deal I simply couldn’t refuse, I’ve decided to let it ring out since then.

Absolutely typical of ePlus, isn’t it? They had no clue about the issues I was facing before, yet now they’re bombarding me with calls trying to win me back as a customer. Quite disgraceful, if you ask me!

Es ist ja unfassbar, wie sie zuerst meine Kündigung in Frage stellen und mir dann auch noch zwei Tage nach Ablauf der Frist Bescheid geben, als ob sie sicherstellen wollen, dass ich ein ganzes Jahr lang gebunden bin. Und dann geht’s auch schon los mit den ständigen Anrufen, die immer darauf abzielen, mich zu drängen! Das kann man doch wirklich nicht fassen!

Oh, they can be an absolute nuisance! Even during my holiday, I found myself bombarded with missed calls. Those so-called state-of-the-art systems (which are apparently incapable of making mistakes) clearly didn’t register that I was abroad. I can't wait to distance myself from all that - it’s a blessing that I’ll be leaving them behind soon!

Das ist mir nun auch schon öfter passiert. Die rufen jeden Tag an und sobald man abhebt, wird einfach aufgelegt. Es fängt echt an, richtig zu stören!

Ich kann das nur bestätigen. Ich habe gekündigt und seitdem werde ich ständig belästigt. Wenn ich abnehme, wird einfach aufgelegt. Was für ein unseriöser Haufen ist das bitte?! Das zeigt mir nur, dass meine Entscheidung, das Abo zu beenden, vollkommen richtig war!
