7 yearsToday at midday, 21 October 2019, I got an automated call from a woman speaking with an Asian accent. There was no actual chat, just a message saying there might be issues with my BT internet. She said if I pressed 1, I’d be connected to a technician. Honestly, I don’t know why I didn’t just hang up immediately after hearing the first few words - probably just curiosity got the better of me. I ended up hanging up anyway.
