Got a call from someone saying they were with Talktalk, told me my line was messed up and might get cut off. They said to press 1 or 2 to fix it. The lady had an accent but spoke english quite well and seemed legit.

Got a call saying there was an issue with my internet and he wanted to know what colour light was on my router. I told him I had no idea where the router even was and asked if he was genuinely from BT. Then he just ended the call. That pretty much says everything.
