I told him we'd just renewed ours (which isn't true, but he had no way to check), and he said that was exactly why he was calling. I asked the Account Manager about it and he told me he’s got no interest in what they’re offering and doesn’t want any calls. Received a call from a firm named Das Energy, claiming to collaborate with the Government to keep an eye on energy suppliers' pricing. They wanted to compare the rates we were offered during renewal with what they could obtain from the same provider. However, the conversation quickly shifted to discussing plans for 2017 renewals, which clearly indicates they were more interested in making a sale now rather than discussing our actual renewal. I've since reported this to the Information Commissioner’s Office, considering we’re registered with the Telephone Preference Service.

Please ring 01768369012 or 08451800700, Ext: 338!” Honestly, it's beyond infuriating! In just 6 hours, I received 10 messages from Rachell alone! To add insult to injury, she’s been pestering me with calls every single hour for the past three weeks! It's utterly unacceptable. There are instances where people genuinely need their phones free for emergencies, and the constant barrage of messages is rather thoughtless. Sometimes, those who are poorly don’t have the luxury of getting to the phone quickly! This harassment absolutely must come to an end!
