I told him we'd just renewed ours (which isn't true, but he had no way to check), and he said that was exactly why he was calling. Today was the last straw though - their salesperson was shockingly rude to my trainee. And to make things worse, that trainee is actually the Managing Director's daughter. I keep getting this voicemail on my answerphone from someone saying they’re with the Business Advisory Service, goes by Rachell, and leaves numbers like 01768369012 and 08451800700 Ext: 338. Honestly, it’s driving me mad! Rachell has spammed my phone with like 10 messages in just 6 hours and keeps ringing every hour for the last 3 weeks straight! It’s well over the top. There are folks who rely on their phone for emergencies, and blocking the answer machine like this is really unfair - sometimes sick people can’t pick up quick enough. They seriously need to cut it out, this harassment has got to end.
