I received a rather peculiar phone call claiming that my internet connection was down and that my service provider had sent him to assist me. When I mentioned that I lacked a computer, he became quite agitated and insisted that the issue was with my internet, not with any device of mine. His tone escalated, and when I reiterated my lack of an internet connection, he abruptly hung up. It struck me as rather fishy-certainly felt like a scam in the making. I tried to call the number back, but it was completely unresponsive...
