Got a call from 01764295713 and all they did was say 'goodbye'. Honestly, I'm sick of these idiots ringing me nonstop. Someone really needs to sort this out before some poor old pensioner falls for it and loses all their savings. It's really worrying how easy it could be for scammers to take advantage of vulnerable people.

this morning i got a call from someone claiming to be from BT, said there was a problem with my router as well as lots of others, and they wanted to send me a new one. the catch was they asked to log into my computer online to fix things first. i told them no thanks, suspected a scam, and just ended the call straight away.
