My phone showed it as a ‘no sound’ call, so it was easy to ignore. Turned out to be spam, so I just blocked the number straight away.

I got a call from an auto dialler and the bloke on the other end couldn’t even get my name right - big warning there. He said he was ringing about a ‘review’ of my life insurance and wanted to chat about what I pay. I quickly told him, "No thanks," and hung up. After that, I checked if my number was still on the TPS list and it was! So how come they still called me? My guess is they didn’t bother following the law and ran my number through anyway. I’m definitely going to report this.

You can clearly hear other voices in the background, sounds like it’s coming from one of those call centres.

Got a call from a Vodafone number, sounded like spam so I just hung up. Blocked it straight away.
