I got a call from a woman whose accent was so thick I could barely catch what she was saying. She claimed there was an issue with my internet and insisted it wasn’t some kind of scam. When I struggled to keep up with her, she handed me over to her manager. He was just as hard to understand and began telling me to run some software on my PC, which I refused. He also asked me about the lights on my router - I told him they were green, but no clue what that meant to him. Both of them sounded clever but their English was pretty poor. Definitely a dodgy scam.
