I received a call claiming to concern my broadband and internet service. They prompted me to press 1 for further details. Upon doing so, there was nothing but silence on the line, yet I could faintly make out some chatter in the background. Then, out of the blue, they inquired whether I used online banking. At that point, I decided it was best to hang up. The voice seemed to have an Asian accent.
