Got a call from someone saying they're from TalkTalk tech support, mentioning lots of problems reported. They asked how many lights were showing on my router. I told them if there's a fault just send me a replacement, no worries. They kept pressing about the lights though. So I asked them to prove who they really were by giving me my account number. They said that’s for the accounts team, they’re just technical support. I asked how they could be sure who they were speaking to without that info. Then the call just cut off. This happened twice.

Just got another one of those scam calls! It was a recorded voice telling me my service would be cut off if I didn’t press 1 right away. Typical nonsense!
