Cabot called me again at 8.09pm. I'm currently on palliative care and suffer from mental health issues, and it’s really getting me down because they just won't stop calling, especially so late. Usually my carers answer and manage to block them, but they keep using different numbers. What makes it even harder is that it’s over a debt my wonderful son left when he was 26 - he passed away due to a genetic mental illness. I just want them to leave me alone.

Got a call earlier and they were asking for someone who doesn’t even live here. They admitted it was a mix-up and promised to take my number off their list. I told them I’ll still report them to the TPS, and if they bother me again, I’ll be complaining to the ICO, FCA, trading standards, and just to be safe, Ofcom too. The ICO can impose bigger penalties so I’m hoping they’re paying attention, Cabot.

I missed a call from Cabot at 08.24 am, but I’m pretty sure it’s them since I've got like 20 different numbers linked to that company. Apparently, I owe some credit card debt. I had to give all their numbers funny nicknames, some of which even include words like "annoying" or "persistent." That kinda gives you an idea of how often they ring and how many different numbers they’re using.

I rang back and they checked my number, the woman mentioned a name apparently tied to my phone number which I've had from the start. It's never been used by anyone else but apparently someone else’s name was connected to it. I told them to take my number off their list or I'd have to consider legal steps. Fingers crossed.
