This chap addressed me by my name and knew exactly which handset I was after. He then proceeded to promote what he claimed was a fantastic data package. After stating he was merely calling to confirm a few details, I asked him if he needed information that Tesco wouldn’t provide-his reply was a nonchalant "yes." No chance, mate.
