She rang up claiming to be from some renewable energy company. I told her straight away that we don’t do cold calls and she should take our number off their list. She asked if I was signed up with the TPS, which I was, but that’s really none of her concern. Ended up blocking the number using BT call protect.

Got a call from this number recently, and the bloke on the other end was really persistent and quite impolite. I kept saying no thanks, but he just wouldn’t listen. In the end, I had to hang up.

Got a call about gas supply, which we don’t even use here. The bloke then started going on about how they could supply it cheaper - surprise, surprise, from them! I told him I wasn’t bothered, as we’re fine with our current setup, but he just kept rabbiting on. Had to shout "Not interested" before slamming the phone down. Proper nuisance!
