Got a call on my phone from someone who said his name was "Nigel", but he had an Indian accent. You could hear loads of noise in the background, like a busy call centre. He asked if he was talking to the owner of the phone, even used my name, but I didn’t respond. Instead, I just said, "Can you tell me what this is about?" and then "Nigel" just hung up straight away without saying another word.
