I’ve been grappling with a rather frustrating situation. I answered the phone, but there was utter silence on the other end. The reason I’m so keen to know who’s behind these calls is that I'm anxiously waiting for my husband’s cancer surgery results, which are supposed to come from that very location. It’s bewildering that these calls kept coming through, even whilst he was undergoing surgery in the hospital. Honestly, it’s hard to fathom why anyone would choose to be employed by such organisations.
